So yesterday I finally took the plunge and got a gym membership so that I could start training for the 10K in May! I don't want to set any time goals...I just want to finish it and I want to finish it strong! To be honest, I don't like running on treadmills but it's my only option right now. I know that once I start running outside I'll get a better idea of my pacing. The only downside of the gym is that there's a 30 minute time limit on the machines! Oh well. I'll just have to stop every 30 minutes and see if anyone's on line for the machines or not.
